Ms. Proctor is Executive Director of Eastern
Colorado Services for the Developmentally Disabled. Eastern
serves approximately 500 individuals with developmental
disabilities across more than 17,000 square miles of Eastern
Colorado. Joining Eastern in 1995, Ms. Proctor formerly worked in
education in Nebraska and Colorado for many years and worked in
the Office of Human Development in Sidney, Nebraska.
Personally knowing individuals with developmental disabilities,
Ms. Proctor felt compelled to spend her time and efforts working
to improve the lives of this population. |
