Last year’s legislative session ended a few days early.  The last few days—and often the last few hours—are quite harried.  Many bills are lost, voted on hastily, or jammed through with the intent to get them by opponents before they notice.

Yet, there are also great compromises and accomplishments.  Some bills will help a lot of Coloradans, while others may harm some.  Some will save money, others will cost money.
